Job description
Specialized in financial engineering and recognized by its clients and the sector, Ledouble wishes to reinforce its teams to intervene on financial valuation and multidisciplinary consulting missions:
Public and private fairness opinions (takeover bids, public exchange offers, public tender offers, etc.).
Contribution and merger audits.
Valuation of financial products: corporate securities (shares, political rights
rights,...), debt instruments (OCA, ORA, ABSA...), optional instruments (management
instruments (management packages), intangible assets (trademarks, patents, know-how
know-how, etc.).
Solvency opinion.
Financial advice to management.
Assistance in litigation.
In a team of human size, you participate actively in the missions entrusted to us and intervene on both technical and editorial aspects.
You will be responsible for coordinating the assignments and for the relationship with our clients, with whom you will have a privileged contact during the execution of the assignments.
You will ensure the follow-up of the missions with the teams for which you will be in charge of supervision and training.
You are autonomous, curious and you wish to invest yourself in the life and development of Ledouble.
About you
Your higher education (business school or equivalent university education, Sciences Po,...) is complemented by a financial education (SFAF, CFA,...) and/or a diploma in public accounting (DCG, DSCG...).
You have at least 5 years of successful experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions or in finance, acquired in an investment bank, consulting firm or audit firm.
You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, good technical and managerial skills and enjoy working in a team.
You demonstrate rigor and discretion in your activities.
You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing. The practice of another language is also appreciated.
