ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC OFFERS 2019

For the seventh consecutive year, Ledouble carried out its study of public offers on the French market in 2019. The purpose of the study is to analyze market practices, particularly in terms of premiums granted to shareholders, deepen the review of the structuring of public offers as regards the presence of so-called “related” agreements and transactions, including a review of their contours, typology and trends, and to comment on regulatory developments relating to public offers and independent expertise.
